The Purpose
The Founders
This project, led by SCE Lifeworks, was funded by the Abilities Manitoba Innovation and Transformation Fund to provide a resource for Manitobans with Intellectual Disabilities. The key persons involved in its development were Oly Backstrom and Elaine Lochhead.
The goals are

Education Transition Path Finder Tool
The transition protocol identifies who is involved in developing and implementing transition plans for students with exceptional learning needs when they transition from school to the community.
